Here’s how you can help prepare for our visit.
When a service technician from BK Business Solutions is scheduled to arrive at your location, following the checklist below will help insure an efficient, productive visit:
- Have your computer, network, and other necessary usernames and passwords readily available.
- Make sure the computer stations we will be working on are accessible.
- Note that we may need room to open and work inside the computer.
- Save and back up your work and close all programs on the devices.
- Have all original CD’s that came with your computer available.
In addition, please note that any additional work that you request during our visit may require that we schedule an additional appointment so that our techs can keep on schedule.
